The entirety of assessment will be 8 hours and will be spread over two days.

Active Wear: T-shirts/Sweater, sports bra with straps that leave the spine uncovered for assessment, athletic shorts or leggings (as long as they can be rolled up above the knee)

We recommend to bring your own food and water bottle. Snacks and water will be provided.
