I assess, I don't guess📐. Our journey begins with a thorough evaluation of your diet, lifestyle, bodily systems, glands, organs, and mental well-being. Over the next 14 weeks, we'll connect weekly virtually and in person for one-hour sessions, using this data to tailor your path back to the vibrant health you seek.
An exercise mat is essential, my favorites are the large Jade Yoga mat as well as something like rogue individual mat. Second you will need a dowel rod, this you can find at your local hardware store. Props like blocks, foam rollers, Bosu Ball and straps can help enhance your practice. Comfortable 👕clothing is also important to allow for full movement. Your practitioner will also guide you through the necessary equipment based on your program.
It's best to wait at least 1-2 hours after eating🍴 before getting started on a corrective training. This helps prevent discomfort during your practice. That being said you can definitely get started on 🎽 warm up drills that you have been coached on.
Feeling stuck 🎐is natural. Your practitioner will artfully recommend priority action items that move the needle 🧭forward. We will incorporate a variety of practices to deepen your experience.

I collaborate with a diverse team of👩⚕️ healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, Orthopedic Consultants, Psychotherapists, and alternative practitioners such as Osteopaths, Chiropractors, functional medicine experts, and specialist dentists. This collaborative approach ensures that I can refer clients when necessary and provide comprehensive support across all aspects of their well-being
🌀 Intentional care sparks rapid change. Rome was not built overnight, similarly to establish health and vitality from a state of dis- ease takes time. We require a minimum of 3 months. Afterwards our clients usually renew to annual VIP plan, as they experience life transformative change. Clinically, we see meaningful orthopedic improvements within just 3 to 12 months—proof of how responsive the body is when given consistent, focused attention. Often, as acute pain and red-flag symptoms begin to ease, individuals experience a surge of creativity, energy, and clarity.
